Infrastructure Management: Ensuring application of, and compliance with, the company’s policies in administration of IT Infrastructure / Facilities after review of new hardware and accessories; assessing IT requirements of the organization in terms of software, hardware and other peripherals / products, and handle procurement of the same.

System Administrator / Networking: Responsible for user management/ server maintenance/ web server/ mail server, etc. Installing and configuring server operating systems, application software, etc. Managing disk space, user profile creation and user rights management. Establishing LAN / WAN as required by Project Lead / Customer for specified Product Demo’s.

ITIL Implementation: Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA; responsible for process definition and implementation based on ITIL best practices. Coordinating with internal & external staff to ensure that incidents are resolved prior to breach of service level targets and making reports to analyze the incidents.

Data Centre Operations & Management: Evaluating & tacking progress of all upcoming long term strategic data centers as per approved plan. Maintaining of Enterprise Servers, Operating Systems, Clusters, File Systems, Databases & Applications.

Organization Interfacing: Liaising between organization groups (e.g. vertical management; technology practices; domains; support teams) and stakeholders at various levels. Developing and deploying key execution strategies/policies across IT systems management.

IT Strategy & Execution - Ability to define IT visions/plans at the global/enterprise level, define and source the right IT solutions to support business objective, and build cost-effective and scalable solutions that support business growth.

Vendor Sourcing/ Vendor Relations - Track record for building strong relations with the right vendors to reduce costs, improve support/service, and support strategic goals.
