Expert has worked in the public and international third sector on a range of HR and Organisation Development initiatives. Expert began in the UK Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as a personnel officer with responsibility for Equal Opportunities. She then joined Plan International as their Regional HR Advisor in Asia, building the capacity of country HR staff to develop and deliver on HR strategy. She returned to the UK in 2003 and worked with EveryChild at Director level for four years with responsibility for HR, Organisational Development, child protection and child participation. In September 2008 Expert set up CDDC Ltd and has worked for a number of organisations on a range of issues. She is also an Associate of Global Child Protection Services (GCPS) with whom she works on support to international organisations on child protection.

Expert’s skills lie in spotting trends and issues, proposing strategic solutions and delivering practical results. She is able to appreciate and work with the complexity that is involved in building teams composed of people from a range of cultural backgrounds and is able to build organisational credibility quickly and effectively.
