He would contribute to the success of any pure analog or digital, as well as mixed-signal integrated circuit design, from the concept to the production. These circuits may contain various devices such as MOS or Bipolar transistors, passives; or simple building blocks such as amplifiers, voltage references, TTL ECL MOS CML logic gates, analog or digital switches; or complex blocks such as D/A, A/D converters, PLLs. As he can contribute to chip level architectures and final touches such as ESD protection of a design, his contributions can extend to design specification authoring, team building, product characterization, test plans, quality assurance, and product sustaining solutions.
Expert's recent experience has been on clock generating and distribution integrated circuits. The products he significantly contributed are in most of the personal computers that are in use today.
During the product development experience he had, Expert became highly instrumental using proper CAD tools, mainly Cadence based, which gives him confidence to advise on adjustment of the project tool set based on nature of the project. He can certainly make comments, if not real work, on utilizing analog and digital simulators.
With the experience of patent reviews he has done in the past and his own patent applications, and also with his own patent search capabilities, Expert would give constructive ideas on potential value of any patent application.
