As Chairman of Business Conduct and Floor Practices Committee I presided over original hearings, appeals and investigations relating to trading practices, sales practices, business practices and trading ethics of members and their employees. Member and futures trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange including 21 years on the trading floor and two years as CTA of futures fund.

Clients include futures commission merchants, traders, brokers and customers involving trading, joint ventures, employment, arbitration, reparation and disciplinary matters. As an expert witness and consultant Expert has performed services for clients in cases before the CME, CFTC, NFA and U.S. District and State Courts.He has performed expert services in cases involving spoofing, fraudulent trading, CTA trading and registration, improper margin calls to name a few.

Expert Witness Experience
Expert has been retained in two futures cases in Federal court, one in Illinois involving MF Global and the other in South Carolina involving commodities fraud. He is currently an arbitrator for the NFA and has had numerous consulting assignments for individuals, FCM's and Investment Firms.
