I am a nutrition expert with a PhD in biological sciences. After finishing my postdoctoral training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, I focused on raising my family while holding periodic workshops on nutrition and wellness. I started Vigeo Nutrition to help busy individuals deal with health issues as a result of imbalanced diet and lifestyle while still running a household. Vigeo Nutrition offers a wide range of services - from individual coaching, food workshops to nutrition seminars. I am an ADAPT Trained Practitioner (one-year practitioner training program focused on functional medicine and ancestral health) and a full member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) and the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). I specialize in Gut health, digestive issues, skin-related conditions, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), weight loss, foggy brain, adrenal fatigue, thyroid health, autoimmunity, stress, food sensitivities, and food allergies.

I am a Functional Nutritionist whose aim is to increase vitality and general wellbeing through preventative measures that include nutritional and lifestyle advice. I aim to inspire people to make simple but effective nutritional and life-style changes, that will help them make the right choices for life.

Because we are all unique and no one diet or health plan will be suitable for everyone, I develop a personalised program that targets your individual needs as opposed to a “one size fits all” type of program merely based on your symptoms.

My background in Biochemistry, Molecular biology and Genetics, along with my knowledge in Nutrition allow me to better understand the mechanisms by which targeted changes in nutritional and environmental factors can help my clients improve their health.
