Agricultural pest are mostly invertebrates eating or damaging a crop in some manor. The exception would be livestock or wildlife invasions producing economic damage to growing crop. Agricultural production includes all aspects of getting the crop to market, starting with field preparations to logistics of delivering it to the consumer, or for additional processing. He has worked with farmers in all phases of crop production and delivery to market. When confronted with problems out of his expertise, he finds someone who knows the answers.

Agriculture is an encompassing term applicable to any and all phases of farming, food production, and related disciplines. Every done professionally is part of agriculture. Expert has a wealth of experience with agriculture.
Agronomic or agronomist by definition is one who works primarily with field crop production, and any allied profession. Expert is a Certified Professional Agronomist, as designated by the American Society of Agronomy. Most work pertains to field production problems, and the solutions, including calculating economic damage caused by an event or events out of control of the farmer.
All work is with farming in some way. Farming encompasses all steps or processes pertaining to getting product into the market stream. Starting with soil preparation, input acquisition, through marketing are all part of farming, Expert's work is mostly pertaining the cases where problem arise during the production phases
Expert’s work include application with hydroponics as well as growing crops in soil. The majority of crops are produced in soil, for practical reasons all farming is soil agriculture. The exception would be hydroponic in greenhouses.
A grass fire started by a railroad adjacent to a East-West set of tracks during a strong southerly wind burned about 15,000 acres of grazing land, and fences involving several ranchers.Investigate the recommendation of an improper herbicide applied to 210 acres of sweet corn scheduled for harvest, and sale on labor day weekend. This case was settled for an amount in excess of $500,000.
Investigate a case where an employ mixed a nonselective herbicide with crop oil, and a second employ used the crop oil in the application of another herbicide to several hundred acres of corn, resulting in complete devastation of the crop.
A wind driven grass fire caused by a railroad on a North – South line burned pasture land on about 3500 acres, that included ranch building, windbreaks, equipment and winter feed.
Working with all the ranchers, agreements were made to cover their actual loss.
A case of chemical invasion into a vegetable farmers fields by adjacent corn farmer resulting is limited production from vegetable crop. Case was settled out of court, on the day of trial.
