Process development and Scale up studies and setting up of Pilot production facilities for the manufacture of Chitosan from Prawn Waste and Squilla. Special contributions include development of meat bone separator, Kinetic studies and development of a reactor and method for de-acetylating of Chitin.
Scale up studies and design of an Aroma Recovery Plant for Tropical Fruit Juices and Coffee.
Scale up studies and setting up of Pilot plants for concentration of tropical fruit juices.
