Request Expert

Expert is a multilingual mechanical engineer with more than 16 years of experience in the tire industry. Most of his activity was as Technical Services Manager, covering all the products: PCR, LTR, TBS, and OTR. He has strong skills in tire Field Testing/Project Management, Technical Training, Warranty Analysis, Standards and Regulations, OE protocols. But he also has lots of hands-on experience in tire follow-up, truck and vehicle alignment, tire balancing/mounting/demounting, V-Box studies, TMPH analysis (OTR tires), tire temperature studies, tire condition understanding on all products.

As major accomplishments:
- Managed technical operations and logistics of a large (over 40 vehicles each year) multi-corporation/multinational tire testing program spread across over ten years with at least two yearly sessions of complete tire demounting and inspection of all tires each year (had close to Zero Errors throughout all the years, every year)
- Managed technical operations and supervised logistics of Caterpillar SQEP for three years - in 2012, Expert has managed to bring Yokohama from Bronze to Platinum Level (Platinum being the highest)
- Expert had direct participation and critical role in new tire introduction
- He had a crucial role in warranty cost analysis (quarterly basis), and based on his recommendations company improved dramatically with the adjustment ratio from the national level down to the dealer/Territory Manager level
- Direct involvement with tire standards and regulations in USA and Canada

Expert has built from scratch/and directly improved several training programs at all levels: inside technicians, inside and outside salespeople, and outside dealers and end-users; He has successfully managed several OE testing programs for major Passenger Car Manufacturers.
