Expert is an expert in identifying talent within the context of a business solution. All hiring decisions are meant to solve a business problem. He is an expert in understanding and defining the business issue and, as a result, the human capital solution. Think of it like this: your company needs a pickup truck but they are shopping at the Ferrari dealership. The problem defies a solution because Ferrari does not make pickup trucks. The correct solution requires the correct question be posed. In the arena of sourcing and onboarding talent, Expert is an expert in posing the correct question. Moreover, he is an expert in talent retention. Expert has an exceptional knowledge and understanding of why people leave jobs and is expert in converting this knowledge into business solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of compensation, culture, geography, faith, politics and life-style, Expert is an expert in talent acquisition and life-cycle management.
Expert is an expert in identifying goals and objectives of mid-level executive talent (the $100k to $350k range). Career decisions are successful when driven by an understanding of success, motivation and expectation. Think of it like this: You reach into the closet in the dark and retrieve a suit of clothing. Upon turning on the light, you realize that they are not your clothes - nothing fits, they are the wrong style or color, etc. Career decisions are the same - the key to sound career planning is understanding motivation and expectation. Expert is an acknowledged expert in this field.
Prior to joining NEA Automotive, Expert was a consultant at Comdisco, Deloitte & Touche, and a private consulting firm for ten years. In that capacity, Expert was responsible for a wide variety of complex computer security consulting projects for organizations as diverse as the Mayo Clinic and Volkswagen of America. During this time, Expert developed an expert understanding of strategic priorities, business operations and the nature of conceptualizing, planning, and effecting systemic changes in mature operating environments. These environments, composed of highly educated and accomplished professionals, are predisposed to resist change. Championing - and successfully executing fundamental change is exceptionally difficult, time consuming and requires a type of credibility that only success can build. This knowledge, this success, is the foundation of the approach Expert employs currently in the operation of NEA Automotive, a nationally recognized expert firm in automotive executive search and placement. Change and change management characterize the executive search industry and the ability to imagine and project change is elemental to success. Expert has become a "change broker" and, as such, is in a unique position to advise both individuals and business entities how to conceptualize and conclude changes in employment or employees. Expert has capitalized on the experience gained in knowledge management projects to infuse the field of human capital management with fresh insight, creativity, and measurable success.
