He has been working on Epoxy formulations for more than 23 years. He is well conversant with Epoxy formulations for many applications like adhesives,High temperature adhesives,Fast curing adhesives,Encapsulating compounds,Insulating varnishes,Wear resistant compounds,Epoxy based Putties,Crusher backing compounds,Casting copounds etc.
He has the experience of manufacturing epoxy resins with various molecular weights ranging from 400 to 4000 Brominated epoxies, Flexibilised Epoxy based on Bisphenol C,Novolac Epoxy Epoxy esters,Various epoxy diluents based on cresol,phenol,Butanol,Pentaerythritol.
He has also worked on various curatives like Epoxy -Primary Amines adducts,Acrylonitrile -amine adducts,polyamides and Mercptan based curatives.
Expert has worked in laminate industry (Decorative as well as Industrial laminates) for more than 10 years.During his career he has worked with reputed giants like Formica and PCS..He has hands on experience in manufacturing of various Phenol Formaldehyde and Melamine Formaldehyde resins which are used for manufacturing the prepregs of Paper and fabric -phenolc laminates. He has also the experience in Glass cloth -Epoxy laminates manufacturing and Quality control.He was Head of the department for Resin and Impregnation section in these companies.
