Expert has managed design engineering teams involved in the development of new building products along with the design of large corporate (exterior) image systems for Ford, GM, McDonalds, Nissan, CVS, etc. Staffs have ranged from four to 90 personnel.
Expert has been able to marry his product development experience with his experience in understanding and developing manufacturing facilities. This has resulted in products that stress the need for ease in assembly while maintaining good product margins.
Expert has managed several manufacturing plants during the initial start up phase including the selection of staffs, training, development of safety and maintenance plan. He has been responsible for inventory management, capacity planning, and quality along with P&L responsibility. He has managed teams that have reviewed plant performance then developed solutions that allowed increased productivity while reducing scrap and waste.
