She opined on the subjectivity of the selective rehire process used following a business unit divestiture and the adverse impact that this process had on older workers. Recently, she completed an expert report which will be submitted prior to class certification. She was an expert witness in a federal ADEA case. She opined on whether age stereotypes and the plaintiff’s age were factors in his termination. She was deposed in February, 2008 and currently awaiting a decision on the defense’s motion for summary judgment. She was an expert witness in a gender discrimination case. She provided statistical analyses and interpretations of salary and promotion data to establish a prima facie case for sex discrimination. After submitting expert report to the OFCCP, the case was settled. She designed a nine-wave longitudinal survey of the attitudes and experiences of over 1,000 new hires, to determine the factors associated with their adjustment and turnover. Activities include creating the surveys, statistical analysis of the results, interpretation and presentation of the results to top management.She designed a survey for government managers, to determine the variables that are related to perceptions of their leaders, work group commitment, and satisfaction. Activities included creating the surveys, statistical analysis of the results, and writing a white paper describing the findings.
