Expert has audited diaper factories in four continents and has helped clients in more than 31 countries by providing feedback on how to optimize the absorbent core and the diaper overall performance to minimize cost and at the same time maximize consumer absorbent perception. He has also worked with raw material and OEM suppliers, providing trainming and helping them understand the diaper industry.

He has written several technical papers on the subject of diaper absorbency and future trends and has been invited as guest speaker in different countries.

He has worked with diapers for more than 36 years. He used to be General Director of a baby diaper factory in Mexico with sales in excess of 70 MM dollars per year and more than 500 workers.

He is an expert on the topic of diaper performance. He has reviewed hundreds of consumer test reports that had to do with disposable diapers. He has also evaluated diaper performance in many markets, including China, Taiwan, India, African countries, Eastern and Western Europe, Middle East, Northamerica and South America.

Expert has been hired by several Nonwoven Producers to train their technical staff. He has developed an intensive training seminar to help new diaper factory investros to understand diaper manufacturing needs and help them comply with all requirements. He has also helped many diaper factories to optimize the use of their raw materials by providing recommendations regarding the proper use of the ADL, the SMS legcuff material, and Cloth like laminations. He has also been involved with pulp and SAP manufacturers.

Expert managed one of the first diaper factories to install automatic diaper vision systems back in 1989. He has kept updated with all new technologies related to image acquisition and also was personally involved with the training of dozens of diaper machine operators. He understands the fine tunning requirements for process control to make an inspection window without the risk of false alarms.

Expert has been hired to perform diaper analysis and benchmark studies in many places, including India, China, Taiwan, Europe, Middle East and America. Few people in the world have the diaper testing experience and know-how to compare so many kinds of baby and adult diapers from all market segments.

Expert was responsible for the area of diaper manufacturing for more than 15 years before he was promoted as General Director. During this time he was in charge of the manufacturing of billions of diapers.

Expert has studied in depth many kinds of absorbent cores, he has modeled their performance, and has been involved with diaper design for more than 36 years. Expert was responsible of the diaper workshop seminars organised by INDA in the USA. He has been the key consultant in many new diaper factory projects for adult incontinence and baby diaper products. Expert is the owner of The Disposable Diaper Network at LinkedIn, currently the largest network of diaper industry executives in the world, with members in 189 countries. Expert has more than 14,000 industry followers and he is one of the most connected people in the diaper industry.

He has audited many diaper factories in Asia, Middle East, South America, etc. Helping them identify opportunity areas in order to reduce diaper cost and improve productivity. He has also helped several clients with their new diaper projects in Africa, India and the Caribbean.He has analyzed many diaper brands and helped identify strengths and weaknesses. He has provided assistance to large trading companies to help them identify the best performing diapers.He has trained diaper category managers for large corporations helping them to understand diaper specifications and diaper performance.He has made several diaper machine appriaslas for banks and financial Intitutions. He has also worked with insurance companies as an expert witness in regards to claims in damaged warehouses.
