At Textron, Expert was responsible for product and process development of multi-directionally reinforced organic, carbon/carbon and ceramic composites materials, many of which successfully reached high levels of production. Expert has expertise in autoclave molding, resin transfer molding, extrusion, injection molding, filament winding, thermoplastic composite processing, multidirectional preform fabrication, hydroclave processing, match metal molding, pultrusion, and many other plastic and composite processing methods.
Expert has supported the preparation of several business plans for small to mid-sized companies. He has written DoD technical proposals, cost proposals, technical articles. Expert has prepared and executed business development plans with positive results. Expert has identified new business opportunities in non-familiar industries for companies that are interested in expanding their sales base.
