EQUIPMENT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:
All aspects of project development for commercial and industrial elevator and escalator applications from capital planning through final testing. New installations, modernization and repairs of existing vertical transportation systems.
Selection of product design, development and equipment technology; equipment testing; quality assurance methods; procedures and specifications.
Failure analysis of vertical transportation systems, equipment and components. Customer service in reviewing field failures. Development of project requirements, specifications and planning for repairs and corrective action.
FIELD ENGINEERING AND DESIGN:
High rise commercial buildings, high rise residential buildings, Universities, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Industrial Facilities, & Airports, also including oil refineries, water treatment facilities, manufacturing facilities, textile and steel mills, power generating stations. Other applications include sports stadiums, theaters, airports, and convention centers, docks and piers, maritime vessels for passenger, military and general cargo.
Vertical transportation system types include field experience and all aspects of the construction, maintenance, modernization and repair of vertical transportation systems equipment. Management background includes ownership, contracting, consulting and engineering services. Clients include Architects, Commercial Real Estate and Industrial accounts.
