Expert currently consults and handles the daily Quality Control of a wholesale business which roasts 750,000/lb per year. Daily duties include: cupping, roasting QC, blending, sourcing and custom development.
Expert has been involved with Roaster & Roaster/Retailer start-ups. Most recently Expert handled the complete operations overhaul of Turkey's largest specialty coffee roaster. This work incorporated full review and implementation of cupping, blending & profile roasting protocol. He also set up overseas green coffee sources for the client, and helped secure their largest account. Expert will also be in charge of overseeing Romania's largest specialty roasting facility, to be built late fall of 2009. Other clients assisted have been located in Jamaica and in the U.K.
