Expert has been performing insurance and forensic loss type Contractor work since 1996. Starting as a sole proprietorship with automotive warranties, but was capitalized on by a forensic engineering company for inherent knowledge and experience of industrial process and product development in addition to an automotive background. Instrumental in damage, liability and mitigation involving property, workman’s compensation and defective products, this work was augmented by experience developing process and product development in accordance to the applicable standards where, as a project engineer those standards always changed as the project or case work did, thus demonstrating the ability to dig into what was required and fulfilling the definition of “EXPERT”.

Expanding on that and venturing back into private business further developed customer relations skills and complete enjoyment working with people to end up with a safer product, process or place.

Fact of the matter, many claims costs have been reduced as well as client plaintiff claims increased. The examples are sited in on CV are just a few samples of what has been accomplished. Conglomerating an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in sync with the combination of manufacturing engineering, product development, being a car enthusiast with safety engineering has netted a wide window of claims and case work, commonly wider than the “ordinary” forensic consultant. Having testified 20 times to back up respective professional reports has further supported assignments and has produced the 40, 50 and 65 percent cost impacts that made a real difference. Case work has realized plaintiff case awards up to 1.6 million dollars; defense work has cleared manufacturers of defective product claims in addition to exonerating one individual from vehicular manslaughter charges through the identification of the vehicle defect that caused a fatal incident.
