Expert holds two patents for Powder Handling System; he invented a new instrument for measuring solids flow rate using a vision system with great accuracy. Expert draws upon 22 years of solid experience in powder and bulk solids handling where he designed, built, installed and started up complete systems for detergent plants, chocolate powder, pharmaceutical, seeds storage and conveying.
Among many other creative solutions, Expert have developed a new Glove Box for hazardous material drum unloading station, a semiautomatic small sack unloading station and gravity powder diverter.

Over the course of his career Expert directly managed and/or played a key role in over a $ 1 Billion of capital projects in several industries including Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods.
Expert developed a very effective system and tools for managing and controlling the capital budget of complex industrial projects; he successfully used his tool kit in a number of capital projects for multinational corporations ranging from 10 million to 200 million USD. In some cases his cost control tools he implemented on his projects became the corporate standard for his client’s organization.
