ExpertMichael Expert is an expert in all aspects of converting barley (or other grains) into malts and processing malts into beers and related products using standard brewery practices. He has expertise in designing new processes for specific objectives including non-alcoholic beverages, flavorless washes, high-alcohol washes, and others using grain-based systems. He can answer specific questions regarding ale and lager brewing.



ExpertLewis is an expert in the design of breweries, especially highly-efficient microbreweries using simplified processes, their manufacture and installation. He is experienced with tank and piping system design for similar types of processes involving liquids including propagation systems. He has worked with plant siting questions and packaging systems.

ExpertLewis has expertise in converting concepts for alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) beverages into products, whether carbonated (beer, soda) or non-carbonated. He works with pilot scale equipment for such development projects.

ExpertLewis has extensive experience in sanitary design and sanitation processes for high-sugar products (especially beverages) and for grain handling systems. His expertise extends to choosing the proper sanitary cleaning methods and products for tanks and piping systems as well as evaluation of product integrity and process safety.
