Expert has many years of experience in blow molding, product design, system requirements, and processing for various applications. This includes the selection of proper resin to meet product requirements, processing needs, and machinery suitability, specifically material preparation, the use of regrind to improve production economics, tailoring of the extrusion process, and die head design and other general plant operations including quality.
Expert has extensive experience in technical management, product development, plant operation, and equipment purchase and installation along with all auxiliary operations for resin handling, grinding, blending, drying, and storage. He is familiar with chillers and compressors. The products he has worked with include monolithic, coextruded, in-line and post laminated products, and embossed and mat surfaced products. The materials he has extruded include ABS, styrene, polycarbonate, PVC, cellulosics, and olefins.
