Expert's expertise in construction dating to 1976 has afforded him the ability to successfully testify competently and factually in many arbitration's since 1996. His abilities to sift through discovery documents in combination with his review of the completed project and combine the physical characteristics with the stated claims result in favorable arbitration settlements thereby avoiding costly and time consuming court trials.

In a specific case Expert illustrated to the judge that the claims involving faulty building components the contractor, were erroneous and in fact they had not installed a single faulty building component during the course of his contracted work. As a result of careful analysis of photo's provided by opposing councils expert and review of job, purchase and contract logs provided by defendant Expert clearly illustrated that the faults resulted from unaffiliated workers and, in several circumstances, the claims were simply unsubstantiated.

Expert has a pedigree in building construction in the Southern California area dating to 1921. Expert's grandfather and father both are noted Architects and builders and he began his own career in construction in 1976 and founded Systems Building Incorporated 1984.

Expert's expertise in construction includes commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, all aspects of residential, and period authentic renovations.

In determining material damages related to faulty work or poor scheduling it is a prerequisite to have the many years of construction cost estimating that Expert possesses.

Expert, as a contracted builder, acted in a dual capacity on behalf of his industrial and manufacturing clientele to oversee construction project management on multi year multi phased projects involving the need to coordinate complex relocations of personnel and processes. In concert with facility representatives, subcontractors and materialsmen he has performed and managed critical path methods as well as budgets and forecasts that enabled the manufacturer to make seamless transitions from aged facilities to new facilities.

Expert has been a licensed general contractor since 1990 and has testified in construction and real estate related issues since 1997. Within his organization he has available the expertise of an Architect, Structural Engineer, retired building inspector, professional home inspector, and myriad licensed trade contractors.

For the last decade Expert has been focused on old house construction. These endeavors have provided great insight into residential construction techniques in the Southern California region spanning more than 100 years. In performing interface work between the old and the new he has had the opportunity to observe and correct failures and shortcomings in the building process. This has greatly contributed to his testimony and fact finding abilities.
