e)Value added activities and their effect on gross contribution margins (vendor inventory management, risk management solutions, organic certificates etc.)
One client, an analyst at an investment management firm, spoke with Expert who is familiar with Supply Chain Management Services Companies. She wanted to better understand the industry dynamics, competitive landscape and key players. In addition, she wanted to have more detail on the following:
1. How does the business flow from suppliers to customers (buyers)?
2. How do they charge the customers exactly? Commission base?
3. How do they fit in the commodities trading industry? What's special?
