TRIZ. TRIZ is a methodology that emerged in the mid-XX century in the USSR, which is a set of heuristics (methods, algorithms and procedures that promote productive creative thinking and the creation of previously unknown). TRIZ practitioners create and improve products, services, and engineering and management systems.

2018 (at the present time) 1) project sessions on solving business problems; 2) project expertise using TRIZ tools; 3) consulting support for the activity of teams formed for the project to solve applied business tasks using TRIZ tools; 4) implementation of an in depth training course for internal trainers for enterprises of Russian industrial corporations (400 acad. hrs.);
2016-2017 project expertise in the direction of: 1) "activation of work on the implementation of the program for improving operational efficiency and creating a system of continuous improvements ("Rosneft–KNPZ", Russia); 2) the annual International Russian-Korean
workshops: "Global Capstone Design Workshop" (Khabarovsk, Russia);
2015-2016 TRIZ training in the framework of: 1) the Presidential program for improving the quality of engineering personnel "New approaches to solving production problems"; 2) the implementation of advanced training courses in budgetary institutions.
2009-2017 TRIZ training in the framework of special undergraduate and graduate courses ("Theory of Artificial Systems Development", "System Theory and Systems Analysis", "Development of Creative Imagination") in the HPE system.
