Expert's FCCU experience includes the reactor (riser and bed cracking), regenerator (coke burn, partial and full promotion), flue gas (CO boiler and power recovery), and gas, oil, and residium processing. He has a good understanding of process variables and catalytic selection parameters associated with optimization of FCCU operation to a particular level.
Expert has worked with semi-regen, cyclic, and CCR (continuous catalyst regeneration) units. He has solid knowledge about catalyst selection variables, unit process variables, and reaction kinetics of catalytic reforming process to optimize the unit to specific performance levels.
