Expert has worked on different structures of flexible packaging:
1) Complete know how of printing PET, PVC, PP, Cellophane, PE Reverse and Surface Process, with different inks systems. Knows different cylinder cell configuration for rotogravure printing.
2) Complete know how of solvent base and solvent less machines. Knows different structure of flexible packaging, paper packaging for food, tobacco, Cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
3) Complete know how of retort pouches, boiled food, seafood package lamination. Knows the LD/LLD blown film extrusion recipe and setting of blown film machine for different grades of LD/LLD film extrusion.

He has 15 years in the production environment for flexible packaging production. Expert worked to minimize the odor jointly with film manufacturers, coating suppliers and ink suppliers. Expert tested the flexible packaging film on different food packaging equipment with end user. He has complete know how for packaging for food using flexible packaging manufacturing techniques. Expert can suggest different laminate using thin film for food packaging material.

He worked on FFS and VFFS machines.

He knows the formulation of gravure ink. He troubleshoots ink related problems regularly. He also knows the formulation of black ink.
Expert has hands on experience on Rotomac (valmet) Italian eight color high speed rotogravure auto registration controlled machines, Sang An Make Korean eight color high speed rotogravure auto registration control machines, Nakajima Japan make eight color rotogravure printing machines. He knows the gravure through his career journey and association with production in flexible packaging, gravure printing machine manufacturer, gravure cylinder engravers.

Complete know how of special color inks preparation with process inks. Uses only process color inks (C, M, Y, and K) for special shade preparation. Used all most all major inks suppliers inks. Good knowledge of inks due to worked with Sakata Inx, Japanese inks manufacturing company. He suggested dryer design to fast ink cure. He has excellent knowledge of different grade adhesives.

He has analyzed existing printing equipment, making modifications as needed, to ensure production presses had the capability to print the product. He has test printed on production equipment, analyzed and evaluated results and developed operator and supervisor training programs.
He knows different method of testing in flexible packaging laminate. He worked under awareness of package regulation in the world.

Expert has analyzed existing printing operations for printing on PET (polyester), BOPP, PP, PE, and other flexible packages and laminates.

He troubleshooted the packaging process problem at customer and end user place.

Expert knows the applications of solventless adhesive in flexible packaging; he has worked together with all leading adhesive supplier like Rohm and Haas, Henkel,Crown, CAC for new packaging development in flexible packaging.

Expert can recommend the right anilox LPI and volume for the particular flexo job. He is associated with the flexo printing machine manufacturer; he worked with some electronic engraving roller manufacturer to optimize the coatings; knows the coating process using solid plate and aniloxes.

Expert optimized the process color printing and solid color printing in rotogravure, he even succeeded to print solid color using trapping.

Expert has good knowledge of solvent base, solventless and waterbase adhesives; knows different techniques of paper printing and packaging for foods, pharma and confectionery packaging.

One of his developments is a method to print on zipper style pouches (bags) in a continuous web form. He has supervised the development of printing ink systems and has developed product printing and decorating techniques with corresponding cost systems.

He developed techniques for eliminating steaks. Expert has trained operators and management on rotogravure printing techniques. Expert has also developed and implemented improved register and tension control systems for existing rotogravure printing machine (manual type), He has contributed to the development and evaluation of inking systems and station design between color dryers and after-dryers as well as web handling systems and accurate tension control systems.
