Request Expert

Expert received his MD in 1986 and his MS in Clinical Psychology in 1972 from California State University. He completed residency training in family medicine in 1994. He served as Chief Resident during his final residency year.

Expert is a licensed family physician with over 15 years of experience. His career experience include providing outpatient and inpatient services as well as working with urgent care patients. He has also been a part time instructor of psychology at several colleges in Cincinnati, OH, San Diego, CA, and Cleveland, TN.. He served as an assistant professor at the University of Tennessee Family Medicine Residency Program and supervised residents working in the program. He taught medical procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, and office surgeries.

As a past administrator at St. Bernadine Medical Center, he has worked for an inpatient and outpatient hospital-based psychiatric and chemical dependency service. His duties included program development, budget development, supervise staff, recruitment, QA, monitor and enforce standards, PR, and marketing. He also has management experience in management for an inpatient/outpatient chemical dependency recovery program in an HMO. His duties included recruiting and supervising clinical staff, program development, procedures, scheduling, and carrying out small clinical caseload. He was also one of the main investigators to assist in developing a chronic pain management program and a state funded child abuse treatment program.

In the field of psychology, Expert has provided psychological services to an inpatient adult psychiatric population in a state mental institution. His duties included psychological assessment, group and individual therapy, assisting in program development, consultations, and research.

Expert also has experience as a Physician consultant for over 10 years, providing medical consultations for various companies on medical questions and issues concerning health and treatment. As a physician consultant, his duties were to review vitals, histories and blood work of patients to provide appropriate recommendations. He also reviewed medical records for medical correctness using his expertise as a physician and psychologist.

FAMILY MEDICINE: In family medicine, Expert has at least 10 years of experience as a physician in three different states. He also has over four years of experience in teaching family medicine instructing medical students during their residency at two different teaching hospitals in Tennessee.




Expert has experience as a medical consultation for various companies regarding medical questions and issues related to health and treatment. He was a consultant for at least four different companies and organizations. His duties were to review vitals, histories, and blood work and make recommendations to patients, talk with patients via phone regarding medical questions, and review medical records for medical appropriateness.
