In the past he was involved with designing control algorithms for smooth gear shifts in a hybrid vehicle. Also designed controls for improving the fuel efficiency of split hybrid vehicles.
Software: Worked with image processing applications. Worked on Embedded as well as PC based software.
Software development for Laser scanner:
GUI developed for interfacing PC with SICK LMS 100 laser scanner having 0 – 180 deg span. Interpreted the code in data sheet to send the commands for getting the scan of the area of the room being surveyed by the mobile robot.
