Expert has drafted, negotiated and advised on several acquisition, protection and exploitation of intellectual property and technology, patent, copyright, know-how licences, research and development including knowledge transfer (spin out) agreements to and from Universities. She has negotiated settlements in relation to trade marks breaches and put in place co-existence agreements. She has also set up, advised on and carried out IP audit and IP management guidelines.

She has acted for advertising companies when hiring actors (including child actors) and other theatre and film professionals, and negotiated and drafted sponsorship and celebrity endorsement agreements between football clubs and players and merchandising agreements.

Expert has acted for a multinational mobile network operator has advised, drafted and implemented processes on tender processes starting from RFI, following to RFQ, tender preparation, award of contract and subsequent contract management including simultaneous negotiation with four vendors for global agreements and conclusion of contractual negotiations over a two week period. Drafted, negotiated and finalised global framework agreements for the procurement of technology including for the provision of ticketing and couponing administration systems.

She is experienced in drafting, advising and negotiating supply and purchase agreements, manufacturing agreements, outsourcing agreements, facilities management agreements, agency, distribution and franchise and warehousing agreements for a variety of industries including IT, manufacturing, retail, imaging, technology and corporate.

She has advised, drafted and negotiated software development agreements, technology procurement agreements, support and maintenance agreements and SLAs. Drafted, negotiated and advised on multibillion IT framework agreements (including software licences, support and maintenance agreements and disaster recovery arrangements with companies such as Motorola, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, RIM, Cisco, IBM etc), network infrastructure contracts with Nokia, Siemens, Motorola etc, framework agreements for the development and procurement of cutting edge technology such as 3G, datacards, dongles and other wireless technology. Written and edited a quarterly “Technology Update” bulletin circulated to clients and contacts. Written guidelines on IT for businesses.

She has advised, drafted and negotiated website design, development and support agreements, e-procurement, e-learning and e-auction framework agreements (including rules for bidders, data protection policies and all related documentation). Advised, drafted and negotiated establishment of electronic market trading platforms, hosting agreements and disaster recovery agreements and written articles on e-commerce and VOIP. Also written and advised on website access terms and conditions and policies for employees.

She has acted for multinational companies and local government authorities (including Japanese retailer, US multinational company, service oriented UK companies, telecoms and network company) in relation to outsourcing of all their logistics facilities in the UK and in relation to global outsourcing of spare parts management to one supplier globally and on one of the first in-sourcing deals.
