Compost
ID: 728865
Italy
He has a good understanding about the composting process working directly with composting facilities. He is skilled in both the laboratory work as well in field trials since he spent almost three years working on this, first for Du Pont and later for the Agronomy department of the University of Bologna.
Lately he has increased his interest in the carbon and nitrogen mineralization even by a new liquid-based incubation system, with the aim of predicting the N availability, C mineralization in pot and field cultivation with the possibility to study the GHG emission and the OM mineralization modelling.
