Before founding RTR Consulting the Human Resources Experts, Expert served as the Vice President Human Resources for First Look Studios and Ventura Distribution, he also lead the Human Resources function for Cerwin Vega. He also led Human Resources for the Western Region for Freddie Mac, as well as a division of Monogram Industries. In addition to his Human Resources leadership role in industry, he has a unique
combination of operations and human resources experience. He spent 17 years leading human resources in both union and non-union environments. He has Human Resources experience a variety of industries, including entertainment, manufacturing, hi-tech manufacturing, professional services, and financial services, as well as consulting with non-profits, higher education and civil engineering.
