His training experience has included master's level clinicians in the public and private sector, and development of training videos for a large crisis response center. As Clinical Operations director for the AZ State Dept of Behavioral Health, he developed clinical supervision and training protocols and trained state-wide contractors in these areas.

Expert was contracted to develop a clinical supervision protocol and supervise master level clinicians and interns working with homeless students.

Expert was contracted to offer ongoing training to faculty on the particular issues involving inner city, hispanic students including: Culture of Poverty, Substance Abuse, Gang Issues, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse.
