‘Technique’ is a new physiotherapy and sports medicine practice that has recently opened on Wimpole Street. Its aim is to provide quality, up to date, evidence based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to clients with musculoskeletal injury, from acute sports injuries to chronic management cases. It’s founders, and treating therapists, would like to take the opportunity to introduce themselves.

Expert aqualified from the University of Nottingham in 2002. Since that point he has worked in a comprehensive array of physiotherapy settings affording him a unique understanding of NHS, Military, Occupational, Private and Sports cases and patient needs. The design of ‘Technique Physiotherapy & Sports-Medicine’ has been five years in the making, taking time to develop his skills and knowledge base with complementing Masters level specialities.

Expert is currently completing an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary’s University, and having worked with elite levels athletes within rugby, skiing, snowboarding and lacrosse for some time, has recently accepted a role as an academy physiotherapist at Chelsea Football Club.
