Expert worked on a large start-up of 25kV paralleling gear and 12kV generators. He exhibited a very good understanding of the technology and requirements needed to successfully complete the job. Expert's technical skills were invaluable and key to our success. He has always been a very consciences and talented worker who has taken the initiative to fully understand the scope of work required of him and put it into a practical application. While working at Russelectric, Expert was always a valuable asset on a project, ensuring the equipment would be field tested and started at or above expectations and on-time. Expert would perform start-up, PLC logic development and programming, SCADA system interface and integration, system commissioning. He wrote the full load controls programming logic for a large financial data center that consisted of (6) 2MW generators with dual incoming utility feeds from separate substations at 13.8kV and sent through (8) dual-ended substations for distribution with a total of 330 circuit breakers with 26 separate PLC processors and 3 SCADA systems.
