Responsibilities:Work in the project of the assistance to the reform of the technical and vocational training and education as training expert to participate in the development of reform policies and strategies and updating of training providers (equipment, curricula and trainers) to overcome the gap between the output of training centers (supply) and the industry demand, (Project co-funded by the EC and the Egyptian government) carrying the following tasks and functions:Design and coordinate the execution of field surveys for factories and TVET providers. Conduct deep audit for TVET providers in Egypt; Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), Ministry of Manpower & Migration (MoMM), Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD) and Technical Secondary Schools (TSS). Conduct an assessment for trainers from TVET Providers; Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), Ministry of Manpower & Migration (MoMM) Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD) and Technical Secondary Schools (TSS). Prepare the specifications and equipment lists needed for the implementation of the cooperative training in the TVET system in Egypt. Develop on Master Trainers (Trainers of Trainers) selection criteria and coordinate the selection and orientation processes of Master trainers. Coordinate and manage competency based curricula development working groups. Plan and supervise Training of trainers (ToT) programs based on the new training system. Prepare plans and estimated budget for the upgrading of Technical Secondary schools to implement the cooperative training system.
