Under his tenure as Marketing and Strategy Director for a 500M$ Cement business, the business grew its net margin by over 20%, through pricing discipline, the launch of Value-Selling and Market-Share Optimization programs and the creation of 2 new products in an undeserved segment.
As CPO for a defense and security company, he managed the end-to-end supply-chain, implemented planning and commodity sourcing, build contract discipline and templates and sourced 3 integrated intelligence aerial and land-based platforms.
He has owned a consulting business for several years.
