As a member of the Global Management Team at DSM he was responsible both for developing and executing strategy. He has run manufacturing plants in India, Asia and the Middle East. In his current role he is mandated to identify, develop and execute opportunities in this space on behalf of Private Equity Investors. He has a strong grasp of business in this area and is well networked in the area. He had advised international companies on their market entry strategies.

Expert has over 15 years of operational, business, strategic and executive leadership experience in the areas of Synthetic Resins, Glass Fibers, Composites, Engineering Plastics, Intermediates, Elastomers, Adhesives and Sealants, XLPE and TPR compounds, Coatings and allied areas with diverse companies such as Reichhold, Honeywell, Tatas and DSM. He has start up, business development, marketing and large company management experience in this area .In his current role he actively identifies, develops and executes investments in this area in India for Private Equity Investors. Well versed with M and A opportunities in this area, he had advised international companies on their India entry strategies. He is also knowledgeable of global markets in this space and is well networked with companies across this value chain.

Expert has over 30 years of operational, business, strategic and executive leadership experience in the chemical business with large international chemical and diversified companies such as DSM, Honeywell( AlliedSignal), Reichhold and Tatas. He has started, built, developed and managed businesses in the specialty chemicals an allied areas. While his primary work has been in India he has worked in the Asia Pacific and global markets as well. As a consequence he has both an extensive and intensive knowledge and perspective of these markets and in addition is well networked in the area. In his current role he reaches deep into the chemical markets in India, identifying developing and executing on behalf of Private Equity Investors. He is fully familiar with the tools, techniques and processes required to gather a comprehensive understanding of the market and has been an outstanding Key Account Manager in his career.

Expert has several years of operational, business, strategic and executive leadership having introduced and developed the Food Ingredients, Vitamins and the Functional Foods businesses for DSM in India. He has business development experience across the value chain, from enzymes, yeasts cultures and probiotics through vitamins, beta carotenes, omega 3, DHA to high end functional food ingredients for the nutraceutical, specialty nutrition and health foods markets. In addition he has in depth knowledge of animal nutrition markets including poultry, cattle and aqua. Further coming from work in partnership with the World Food Program and the Micronutrient Initiative he has expertise in the Fortification and Malnutrition segments of the market. Additionally he successfully created and developed a unique business model at the cattle feed segment, based on the Base of the Pyramid model developed by Dr C. K. Prahlad. In his current role, he continues to be deeply active in the area, developing opportunities for Private Equity Investors and consulting and co developing solutions in the Malnutrition area.
