Expert has been actively involved in the assessment and treatment of individual clients and families with both a variety of physical and mental health difficulties. Expert has managed to rehabilitate the most complex and challenging individuals with time, consistency and expertise in her field of Occupational Therapy. Expert has gone that extra mile to facilitate individuals as well as their carers and families to obtain quality housing with full structural adaptation and appropriate aids and adaptations. Expert has also been instrumental in her rehabilitation work with ex-service men and women who as a result of active military service have experienced both physical trauma (muscular-skeletal injuries, amputee, acquired brain injury etc) often with a secondary factor such as acquired psychosis and post traumatic stress disorder. Expert has also been fully involved in the medico-legal arena providing highly detailed, lengthy and comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to clients as a result of personal injury or trauma have experienced a limitation to their independent living skills, level of function and the debilitating effects of their injury. Part of the assessment role as an expert witness in litigation and personal injury instructions is for Expert to provide a clinical Medico-legal report to demonstrate her findings post assessment and to fully detail the impact of the individual injury on their activities of daily living. Expert's clinical report with recommendation is of an extremely high standard and with the professional excellence to stand up in a court of law. Expert has also provided comprehensive work place assessments to assist employers to obtain a greater work performance level and higher levels of motivation and moral for employees within its organisation. Additionally Expert has worked with the forensic arena looking at reducing risk, hazard and accident causation amongst the mental health and acquired brain injury arena. Expert is available and equipped to work nationally and overseas.
