Expert has international experience teaching at a pediatric hospital in Laos. She is currently the nationally recognized expert sonography representative on the Practice Standards Council for the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), serving in her eighth year. Expert has previously served as the vice chair and chair of this council.
Expert is one of four nationally elected sonography delegates for the ASRT House of Delegates. She volunteers as a committee member on the legislative committee for the Indiana Society of Radiologic Technologists. She engages in many other volunteer activities related to sonography as well. She has served as Program Director and Coordinator for Indiana University's Kokomo campus for eight years. She has also formerly worked for Siemens as a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist -- i.e., applications specialist. Her broad range of experience covers other aspects of the medical field that have accompanied her in her imaging career. Combined with her significant imaging experience, Expert has long possessed the ability to consider multiple aspects of any particular case.
