Expert has spent much of the past eighteen years providing environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulatory compliance consulting services to a variety of clients in the automotive, chemical, commercial lubricants, energy storage, food and beverage, manufacturing, refrigerant gas, and warehousing industries. He has significant experience in EHS reporting, auditing, training, and program development; hazardous material management; EHS and ISO 14001 management systems; US OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and, US EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) development and implementation. Early in his career he worked primarily as an environmental due diligence and remediation consultant overseeing and performing facility decontamination and closure activities; subsurface investigations; Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); and groundwater remediation system operations and maintenance.
Expert frequently is asked to present on a variety of EHS topics including but not limited to regulatory compliance, sustainability, waste management, and industrial safety.
Expert has presented at the Alliance of Hazardous Material Professionals National Annual Conference, Ohio Craft Brewers Association Annual Conference; the Ohio Safety Congress, Industrial Lubricants Manufacturer's Association (ILMA) Global Harmonization Seminar; various Ohio Safety Councils; and, was interviewed as part of an article which appeared in the Distributor Focus (Penton MSC).
