Over the course of his career, Expert has advised municipal governments, regional utilities, universities, national commercial developers, and Fortune 500 companies on environmental compliance strategies, remedial approaches, and redevelopment planning. He is recognized for his ability to integrate scientific analysis, regulatory interpretation, and practical redevelopment objectives to advance projects efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance and protecting human health and the environment. In addition to his consulting work, Expert is actively involved in academic research and professional education. He has authored seven peer-reviewed scientific publications focused on environmental health, exposure assessment, and risk communication. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health, Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, where he mentors students and contributes to ongoing environmental health research initiatives.
