Request Expert

Expert is a board-certified anesthesiologist with over a decade of clinical experience specializing in obstetric, vascular, and general anesthesia. Expert holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and completed residency training in anesthesiology, along with an internal medicine internship, at a Midwestern academic medical center, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree earned with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Expert has built an extensive career in perioperative care, patient safety, and healthcare quality improvement within a multi-hospital health system, holding progressively senior clinical and administrative leadership roles including Staff Anesthesiologist, Co-Medical Director of a perioperative surgical home program, Co-Medical Director of Anesthesia across multiple hospitals, Chair of an anesthesiology quality committee, and Medical Director for anesthesia services at a newly established hospital. Expert has been elected to represent a large group of anesthesiologists on a divisional leadership council and currently serves on a health system mortality review committee. Expert also holds an academic appointment overseeing anesthesia education and clinical training for medical students.

Expert offers medicolegal consulting services encompassing case evaluation, standard-of-care and risk assessment review, deposition and expert witness testimony, and policy/procedural audits related to anesthesia practice, supporting both malpractice defense and plaintiff litigation. Expert is a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, holds board leadership roles within a state society of anesthesiologists, and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and academic presentations in the field of anesthesiology.
