 Increased the first time yield for all coatings work from an average of 24% to 68% during the first six months of service. This was accomplished by improving the process with contemporary tools and materials that are more effective and by training our technicians to have a much better understanding of the process. Current FTY is consistently averaging 90% from an average of 52% in 2013.
 Qualified a new PPG basecoat/clearcoat paint system to better meet the organizational objectives of Employer's Paint Operations. Worked extensively with GE Aviation to accomplish this.
 Implemented Infrared Curing that reduced the cure cycle from 3 hours to 1.5 hours with a significant energy savings attached.

 Reduced the standard overtime requirement from over 20% to less than 8%
 I represented the company upon customer delivery of the aircraft to ensure that total satisfaction with the exterior of their aircraft was achieved. Between Gulfstream & Cessna, I was representative at over 350 customer paint deliveries.
 I have orchestrated and lead many continuous improvement processes based on the industrial philosophies of Lean and Six Sigma to enhance the success of our business. I have several detailed examples I would be happy to discuss in depth.
 Received the Gulfstream Gold Pride Award in 2007 for modernizing the Paint Prep process and reducing the net weight of the GIV by 180 pounds and the GV by 220 pounds.
 Served as an internal consultant to assist in the development the new 42M state-of-the-art paint facility Gulfstream's Savannah site.

Production Paint Foreman
 Very similar to the job I recently performed for Gulfstream.
 I developed and taught the technical training instructional course for pre-hire aircraft paint personnel in 2001. They still use my training program to this day.
 Served as the Instructional Designer for Cessna's off-site training program for prospective employees. I also taught the course in addition to my regular duties.
 I had (50) direct reports and was part of a team that delivered approximately (250) aircraft per year.
I started my career as a prep laborer and was promoted into management in 2000. I have five years’ experience as an Aerospace Coatings Applicator Specialist. I learned the fundamentals of the aerospace paint business from a technical, value-added perspective, which has provided me with the ability to overcome many obstacles that otherwise, would have hindered my success.
