Request Expert

Expert is a Pediatric Dentist with over 40 years of experience. Since 1981, he's served as an expert witness and consultant regarding cases of malpractice and fraud, including Medicaid fraud, on both the defendant side and plaintiff side. Expert received his BA and DMD from Temple University, and his Pediatric Dentistry certificate from St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. He is licensed in the states of Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Expert was the Attending Pediatric Dentist at Long Island Jewish Hospital and Schneider's Children's Hospital for 15 years. He was also the Director of Pediatric Dentistry for Nassau County Medical Center for 5 years, and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Farleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry for 8 years.

Expert was the Dental Director for Health Choice of Arizona Insurance Plan and the Dental Director for Arizona Health Cost Containment System (AHCCS), where he was one of two Pediatric Dentists in the U.S. to ever hold the position. In this role, he dealt with dental issues in the state and nationally as an advocate for quality of care and children's issues. Expert served as a Member of Oral Health Collaborative and Arizona Alliance Community Health Centers, and he's served on several more committees for the betterment of care for Pediatric Dental patients. Expert has participated in Arizona's Sealant Program, First Things First Program, and Children's Autism Speaks Programs, and he's lectured to nursery schools, parent groups, dental study clubs, and community relations groups.

Additionally, Expert enjoys lecturing and mentoring fellow Dentists on quality of care issues, new materials, and practice management, and is currently involved with a dental tourism group in Mexico.
