Internal daily testable version of SDK and apps - fully automated with code analysis and automated test gateways. • Applied Microservice thinking to Mobile to create reusable modules to expand the reach including experience analytics, operational telemetry and Zero Trust security reporting whilst maintaining usability and privacy. • Founding team member for Innersource@VMware, enabling and evangelizing the sharing and contribution to reusable components across the company. • Drove Innovative solutions to a wide range of customer problems (security, integration, identity, password-less) 60+ team filed patents, 13 filed patents personally, 5 granted as March 2023. • Responded to the impact of the “Great Resignation” by spinning up a new team in a new location (15 people in 3 months). |
