During a two-year implementation engagement at Tower Air, he was retained to serve as Executive Officer responsible for all aspects of marketing, services, systems and planning, resulting in record results for the client: profit, service enhancement, systems modernization, operational reliability and performance, distribution cost control and top line revenue growth.
