Expert is the principal architect of (Undisclosed) process management, event tracking, and resource management tool, “Tracer.” This software tool works in conjunction with (Undisclosed)’s Legacy Application Support service… insuring process compliance within the support team. The “Tracer” tool tracks, measures and reports on work, time distribution and service level performance (SLA). Expert built CAI’s Production Support & Training department. This department is responsible for all (Undisclosed)’s printed collateral as well as developing class room and multimedia training for (Undisclosed)’s Legacy Application Support service.
