Expert performed post doctoral research in the areas of Virology and Biochemistry of drug resistance. Expert has 15 years of experience working with clients in both large and small molecule drug development throughout the drug discovery continuum; from preclinical animal models to late phase clinical projects (RUO, GLP, cGMP and CLIA). Expert works with an extensive network of key scientific leaders in the area of personalized medicine providing the leading solutions for needs in genomic research & biomarker development for clients worldwide. Expert has experience in assay development for proteomics and genomics assays in solution phase and on a chip. Expert has been involved in the support of genomics services to the pharma and biotech community covering the use of a variety of clinical genotyping platforms (RFLP, qPCR, Affymetrx GeneChip, Illumina arrays, Agilent arrays, Taqman, DNA sequencing, Next Generation Sequencing) and gene expression platforms including RT-qPCR, Affymetrix GeneChip, Illumina arrays, Agilent arrays, Next Generation Sequencing. Expert has been involved in the support of protein biomarker services to the pharma and biotech community covering the use of a variety of platforms including Flow Cytometry, Mass Spec, NMR, 2DGel, ELISA, Luminex, Mesoscale, LabChip, Protein arrays). Expert has supported services for Bioinformatics, Computational Biology and Biostatistics in support of basic research and clinical trials. Expert has supported services for regulated genetic testing for cell bank characterization.
